The SnagSale Promise

How we fact-check every sale

A "sale" sign is easy to print. A real saving is harder. So before any deal earns our stamp, we check its price against a 90-day baseline — the typical price you'd actually have paid over the last three months.

Price is meaningfully below the 90-day baseline. A genuine low.

"Sale" matches the everyday price, or the was-price was inflated. Marketing.

1

Track the real price

We log each product's price daily and build a rolling 90-day baseline — not the inflated "was" price on the tag.

2

Compare the "sale"

If the sale price beats the baseline by a real margin, it earns a green stamp. If it's the same old price in a starburst, it gets called out.

3

Stack the coupon

Then we match real sales with manufacturer, store, and cash-back coupons so you can stack savings on top.

Our story

SnagSale is a love letter to the era when $5 filled a grocery bag and a Sunday coupon clip felt like a small victory. We bring that honest, optimistic spirit to today's prices — with a sharp watchdog underneath. Snag the sale. Stack the coupon. Never get fooled by a fake one.

SnagSale

We fact-check every sale against a 90-day price baseline so a "deal" has to actually be a deal. Honest savings, the way the coupon era intended.

How We Check

Every "sale" is checked against its real 90-day price. If it isn't actually a deal, we stamp it — so you only chase the genuine ones.
